Obligations to remove or block the utilization of content according to general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this context only occurs from the time at which a specific legal infringement became known. If corresponding legal infringements become known, we will remove this content without delay.
Liability for links
We are not responsible for the content of web sites operated by third parties to which reference is made using hyperlinks or similar means because we cannot exert any influence on the content. The related provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time the link was placed. Illegal content was not apparent at the time of placing the link. Continuous checking of the linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of a legal infringement. For legal disputes in relation to the utilization of our telemedia services, German law applies (with the exclusion of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods), this is also the case if the services are offered or provided commercially in another state within the European Union or the European Economic Area, provided other stipulations do not apply from the rules of international private law. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
