The information on our web site is designed and intended to be utilized within the regions of the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Utilization is according to the following provisions:
On these pages we make available various items of information and data (hereinafter: content) that we continuously check and update. Despite all our diligence, the information and data underlying this content may have changed in the meantime. We cannot accept any liability for the timeliness, correctness, completeness or utility of the content made available.
Liability for content
We do not accept any responsibility that the content can and is allowed to be retrieved or downloaded from locations outside Germany. If users from outside Germany access content, they are exclusively responsible for compliance with the regulations applicable as per the related national law. Access to content from countries in which this access is illegal is not allowed.
As a telemedia service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this site according to general laws, as per clause 7 para. 1 TMG (Telemediengesetz - German law on telemedia). According to clauses 8 to 10 TMG, we as the provider do not have an obligation to monitor external content transmitted or stored, nor do we have a general obligation to actively seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the utilization of content according to general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this context only occurs from the time at which a specific legal infringement became known. If corresponding legal infringements become known, we will remove this content without delay.
Liability for links
We are not responsible for the content of web sites operated by third parties to which reference is made using hyperlinks or similar means because we cannot exert any influence on the content. The related provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time the link was placed. Illegal content was not apparent at the time of placing the link. Continuous checking of the linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of a legal infringement. If legal infringements become known, we will remove the related links without delay.
Prohibition of commercial utilization and exploitation
The utilization and the downloading of the content on our web site are allowed exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. Any further copying or utilization is forbidden and will be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.
Our rights to intellectual property - e.g. the copyright to items prepared and published by us on our web site - remain with us. Copying and/or processing and/or distributing and/or any (other) use of such items (e.g. images, graphics, design, audio documents, video sequences, programs and texts) in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without our express written approval. If rights to the intellectual property are held by third parties, the express written approval of the related owner (e.g. the author, photographer, programmer or other originator) is required.
If the content on our web site is not prepared by us, the intellectual property rights of the third party are observed. In particular, the content belonging to third parties is marked as such. Should, nevertheless, you become aware of an infringement of intellectual property rights, please inform us. If legal infringements become known, we will remove the related content without delay.

If parts or individual formulations of these conditions of utilization do not correspond, no longer correspond, or do not completely correspond to the applicable law, the remaining parts of the conditions of utilization remain unaffected in their content and their validity. For legal disputes in relation to the utilization of our telemedia services, German law applies (with the exclusion of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods), this is also the case if the services are offered or provided commercially in another state within the European Union or the European Economic Area, provided other stipulations do not apply from the rules of international private law.
