Pull wire accessories
The pull wire system is installed as part of an overall system to form the trigger system for pull wire emergency stop switches. The pull wire emergency stop switch triggers an emergency stop command if the pull wire is pulled. In this way a line of up to 100 m in a system can be secured. The pull wire is fastened to the trigger lever on the pull wire emergency stop switch using turnbuckles and fixed at fastening points max. 50 m apart using anchor hooks. The tensioning springs on the pull wire ensure a constant pre-tension such that a wire break triggers the switch and an error is displayed immediately. In this way it is ensured the line is protected in an emergency.
